• Encode applicants from various job posting platforms to HR Databas
• Post and share current job vacancies on different social media platforms and job boards
• Answer basic queries of applicants (ex. office location, company name, work setting), likewise encourage them to proceed with their application
• Inform Recruitment Officers about applicants' messages, particularly application follow-ups or requests for a callback
• Join job hiring related groups on social media platforms
• Create, manage, and establish Facebook and LinkedIn recruiter accounts
• Promote the company's official social media accounts
• Be proactive and updated with the current recruitment trends
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 18 to 23 years old
• Experience in digital marketing and/or recruitment is a plus, but not required
• Typing speed: at least 40 WPM
• Typing accuracy of 100%
• Highly attentive to details
• Fast learner
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good Work Attitude

Equipment:

• Hardware: Laptop/Desktop
• Headset: Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
• Connectivity: Minimum of 10 Mbps
• Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
