Job Description

  • Reports to: Direct report to the Executive Chef on service aspect and Performance
Coordinates to: All Kitchen Staff
Job Summary/Purpose:
  • To assist the Executive Chef in the smooth and efficient running of the food production.
  • Act in his full capacity and assume responsibilities during absence of the Executive Chef.
  • To plan, organize and direct the over-all kitchen operation and administration of all kitchen
sections as well as maintain hotel standards consistently.
  • To check work performance of direct subordinates and ensure that all equipment are cleaned,
sanitized and in working order.
  • To recommend to the Executive Chef decisions and approval on all matters related to all
kitchen outlets and ensure employee morale and productivityJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
