We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to fill the role of Sous Chef. This role encompasses the leadership and management components within the Back of House extent, being able to creatively develop and execute strategies in and out the hectic space of the kitchen through admirable interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to mentor a team are essential so as to elevate a team of passionate cooks to knowledgeable and well experienced chefs.
