Supervising the whole HR Department and contribute to help the employees satisfaction and help the company's success.Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment and training process
Design the company policies and procedures
Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans and familiar with
HR Technology including payroll systems. Evaluate the performance of the HR employee and give constructive feedback Address employer/labor relations issues and implement innovative solutions Other task are given time to time by HR DirectorRequired Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
Education and Experience:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or related field
At least 5 Years of working experience is required for this position specially in Human Resource
Support other functions such as Retail, Supply chain, Production, Transportation, Customer Service and legal
Knowledge on-site and online stores
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills
Computer literacy and Strong programming skills
