Job Description
Supervising the whole HR Department and contribute to help the employees satisfaction and help the company's success.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and training process
- Design the company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans and familiar with
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or related field
- At least 5 Years of working experience is required for this position specially in Human Resource
- Support other functions such as Retail, Supply chain, Production, Transportation, Customer Service and legal
- Knowledge on-site and online stores
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills
- Computer literacy and Strong programming skills
- Willing to assign in Chino Roces Ave. Ext. Makati
- Makati City, MN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Human Resource: 5 years (Required)
