Main Purpose of the job
Supervise the day-to-day performance of the HR Team with personal responsibility on talent management and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the general activities of the HR Team
- Achieve agreed personal targets and assist Line Manager to achieve agreed team targets
- Adhere to statutory obligations and agreed quality and best practice guidelines
- With Line manager’s guidance, take the lead in the talent management and development efforts of the company
- Liaise with global L&D team as the Company’s Local Training Contact and conduct selected courses
Qualifications
- Graduate of behavioral science course
- HR Generalist experience of at least five (5) years, preferably strong in talent management & development
- Supervisory experience of at least one (1) year
- Experience working with multinational companies an advantage
- Strong in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
