Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Management of e-learning system, attendance recording, online examination, preparation and collection surveys results.
  • Backup as call agent and issuing of spare parts when engineer raises a request.
  • Answer calls from customers in the local market and records them according to procedures.
  • Coordinate with the service engineer on the case escalation
  • Assign the case and escalate to related perspective whenever necessary.
  • Generate CRM report at management request.
  • Process training registration.
  • Arrange all training materials, office security passes, and meals before the start of training.
  • Maintain trainee database according to the procedure.
  • Assist with Office Administration duties.
  • Administrate activities for training

Job Specification:
  • Minimum NITEC in any fields
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Good administrative and coordination work experience with good communication and PC skills.\xef\xbb\xbf
