Support Officer (receptionist And Admin Assistant)

Job Description


  • Handle of phone calls and incoming faxes
  • Arrange for local and overseas courier and mail services
  • Attend to guests and visitors
  • Manage the booking and co-ordination of meeting rooms
  • Ensure that the receptionist area is kept clean at all times
  • Handle office management, office services and general administrative duties
  • Procurement of office stationary and materials
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Min GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level
  • 2 years’ relevant working experiences as a receptionist
  • Pleasant, cheerful, courteous and pleasant disposition
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good communication skills
