Arrange for local and overseas courier and mail services
Attend to guests and visitors
Manage the booking and co-ordination of meeting rooms
Ensure that the receptionist area is kept clean at all times
Handle office management, office services and general administrative duties
Procurement of office stationary and materials
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level
2 years’ relevant working experiences as a receptionist
Pleasant, cheerful, courteous and pleasant disposition
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good communication skills
