Screen external candidates and contact potential resources (Translators, transcribers, DTP specialists and any other necessary resources).
Fully responsible for the full recruitment process (Post job offers, schedule tests, collect evaluations, issue contracts).
Working closely with execution team to ensure efforts are being maximized so that the proper resources are available and on boarded in a timely manner.
Support revenue and execution team for last minute requests.
Keeping internal database updated with all necessary information and documents on external linguist.
Strategize to find viable and innovative ways for process improvements.
Provide administrative / technical support for anything related to vendor management.

Required Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a related field (Translations, Linguistic studies, Human Resources).
Minimum 3 years of vendor management role, or similar experience (High volume recruitment).
Minimum 1 year of managing team.
Experience in spreadsheets and word processing on various OS.
Experience with Social Media recruitment process.
Experience with database management.
