Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and administration of all Singapore office and stores payroll services and to ensure its accuracy and compliance in payroll activities.
Responsible for timely tax filing (including but not limited to IR21 and IR8A), CPF submission, all government claims and statutory pay requirements.
Validate all payroll supporting data and documents to be accurate and truthful and ensure all payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system.
Ensure timely data update in payroll systems with accuracy.
Manage payroll related queries from employees.
Provide all payroll related reports to supporting OM.
Ensure employee benefits including claims and reimbursements as per rules and regulations.
Support annual and ad-hoc internal/external payroll audit.
Maintain employee records within the system and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant payroll experience
Knowledge with TimeSoft will be an advantage
