POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Talent Management Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization\'s talent strategy and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development. Your ability to collaborate, innovate, and adapt to evolving business needs will contribute to the success of both the HR function and the broader organization.

THE ROLE

The Talent Management Business Partner plays a crucial role in aligning an organization\'s human capital with its strategic objectives. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop, implement, and oversee talent management strategies that attract, retain, develop, and engage employees across all levels of the organization. The Talent Management Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor and consultant to both HR leadership and business leaders, ensuring that talent initiatives contribute to overall business success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned beyond the core functions listed below.

The assigned territories include all associated businesses in East Asia and India. This individual is expected to support the existing business.

The Talent Management Business Partner\'s specific responsibilities will fall into three primary areas:

Maximum 3 pointers per accountability

Accountability #1: Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders)

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Keep stakeholders informed about talent management strategies, initiatives, and progress. Ensure employees and managers are informed on talent development programs, career opportunities, and performance expectations. Regularly engage with high-potential talent and possess deep knowledge of their capabilities and career goals in order to better inform succession and development discussions.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Build strong partnerships with HR teams, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align talent strategies accordingly. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and guidance on talent-related matters.
Accountability #2: Process / Performance
  • Performance Management: Execute global performance management frameworks that align individual and team goals with overall business objectives. Provide guidance on performance feedback, coaching, and development plans to enhance employee growth and contribution.
  • Talent Review and Succession Planning: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees. Facilitate succession planning discussions to ensure a pipeline of talent ready to assume critical roles within the organization.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret talent data to track the effectiveness of talent management strategies. Present insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders to inform decision-making.
Accountability #3: People
  • Employee Development: Partner with Learning and Development teams to identify skill gaps and training programs that enhance employee capabilities. Support the implementation of career development pathways and mentorship programs. Assist employees in understanding career paths, development opportunities, and skill requirements needed for advancement.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Analyze employee engagement data to identify areas for improvement. Execute initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction, well-being, and retention. Address employee concerns and suggest solutions to foster a positive work environment. Support the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Company appointed facilitator for Explorer and employee development program.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This is an individual contributor role that works with multi discipline team to drive talent management.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS/ QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

This person must have at least 5 years hands on experience in talent management software and HRIS systems in the assigned countries or region.
  • Minimum 5 years, proven track record in talent management, HR business partnering, or related roles.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related credentials are a plus
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Strong understanding of talent management principles, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present insights from HR metrics.
  • Change management and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
