JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A TEAM MANAGER

Our client is a prominent provider of live transfer services to insurance companies in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona and growing the business outside the other states.

We are looking for a professional Team Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the activities and productivity of employees on their team. They keep operations flowing by ensuring employees carry out instructions and perform at their best levels.

As a Team Manager:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a similar discipline is strongly preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Problem solving, organizational and delegation skills.
  • Tech savvy, versatile, and has strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, resourcefulness, diligence, attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with office management systems, CRM, Online office related software is a plus.

Your Responsibilities as a Team Manger would be:

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team.
  • Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.
  • Responsible for distributing information to team members and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees and documents.
  • Responsible for determining the goals that members will work toward.
  • Responsible for training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
  • Suggest and organize team building activities
