Position Title: Team ManagerClassification: ManagerSalary: 37,000 - 40,000 a monthReports To: Client TeamPrimary Relationships: Client StaffDate: June 2022Schedule: US Business HoursResponsibilities:

• Assist the account managers in conducting the validation interviews with applicants

• Assist customers with final interviews and selection
• Assist in Technology setup in terms of software, hardware, network, and dialer.

• Recruitment consultation and coordination with internal teams

• Schedule and conduct regular checkpoint meetings with the customers

• Assist the team in completing the departmental playbooks

• Build long-term trusting relationships with customers and employees

• Responsible in responding to customer's concerns via email or call

• Making sure customer's concerns are actioned on a timely manner
• Promote organic growth in the assigned crop of clients and ask referrals whenever possible

• Have a thorough understanding of all role based positions for each key accounts and explore opportunities in creating demands for such opportunities
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the client

• Incharge in managing and updating the Blueprint of the client

• Conducts employee evaluations and feedback if necessary

Requirements:

• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (analyzing spreadsheets, charts, docs and presentations including PDF files)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• People management skills
