Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the crop care industry.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our crop care products and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and product management, to drive product development, launch new offerings, and ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and partners to drive business growth.
Provide technical support and expertise to customers, sales teams, and channel partners, including conducting product training sessions and addressing technical inquiries.
Monitor and analyze market performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in crop care technologies to identify new market opportunities.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or related roles within the crop care industry.
Strong knowledge of crop care products, agricultural chemicals, or related solutions, including pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and biostimulants.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns in the crop care sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data to drive informed decision-making.
