Technical Sales Agronomist
Job Description
1. Lead impeccable execution of Brand Campaigns to drive leads and sales to farmers
2. Monitoring and optimize campaigns and programs for farmers
3. Developed customer personas and and understand their buying preferences
4. Know the company's brand and products inside and out
5. Collaborate with digital marketing lead to develop and enhance farmers reach through digital campaign activities
6. Collaborates with Sales Counterpart to ensure that products are available in Key Areas where Demand Generation Activities are conducted.
7. Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
8. Assures budget utilization is within allocation
9. Measures and analyze campaigns and marketing support generates rightful sales to farmers
10. Provide sales performance reports to leadership.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php14,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
