Technical Support Engineer- Network / System
- Working hours: 8am-8pm / 8pm-8am (WFH Basis)
- Working location: Tanjong Pagar
- Fix $300 shift allowances! AWS and variable bonus will be given!
- Entry Level position available; On the Job Training will be provided
- Monitor the performance and capacity of various systems and 3rd party network services using a variety of tools.
- Determine the cause of the problem and troubleshoot issues by following the standard operating procedures.
- Carefully track and document all issues and resolutions in detail.
- When problems are too large or complex for quick troubleshooting, he must escalate the issue to management, other IT resources or 3rd party vendors for assistance in reaching a resolution.
- Maintain ongoing communication within the team and externally, to keep all stakeholders aware of relevant, known issues and the steps being taken.
- At least diploma in computer science, information technology or any related studies
- Knowledge of the working of Domain Name System (DNS)
- Basic Knowledge on Linux Systems
- Knowledge of Web Servers (Apache & NGINX)
- Basic Knowledge on Networking
