Role overview:
As a culinary product development leader - Tim Hortons Corporate Chef - you will lead the culinary development of Tim Hortons. You will work closely with the Global Culinary team and cross-functional teams, franchisee partners, and suppliers to lead NCE (new country entry) and NPD (new product development) activities. You will lead core menu items superiority and ensure individual brand product standards are upheld and protected to Tim Hortons identity, menu, and ingredient policies.
