Support the annual compensation review cycle, including salary benchmarking, market analysis, and merit planning.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Payroll Processing
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing in collaboration with internal teams and external payroll vendors.
Ensure accuracy of payroll data, including new hires, terminations, variable pay, and statutory deductions.
Review and validate payroll reports and ensure timely submission of statutory filings (e.g., CPF, IRAS).
Address payroll-related queries from employees and ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Conduct regular analysis of compensation, benefits, and payroll data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Prepare reports and dashboards for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Policy & Program Development
Assist in the development and communication of total rewards policies and guidelines.
Support the rollout of new programs and initiatives, including employee wellness, recognition, and flexible benefits.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on compensation offers and internal equity.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or Professional qualification in relevant discipline. (Human Resource)
Globally recognised HR qualifications/ certifications will be an added advantage
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in human resources practice, in one or more direct experiences in HR generalist role, compensation & benefit, and reasonable HR operational experiences.
