Monitor and control the movement of trucks, trailers, and containers
Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently
Assign jobs to drivers
Monitor and track job progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely
Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement
Communicate and handle drivers' feedback and problems efficiently
Process and handle documentation
Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer trucking
Communicate closely with team to improve and maximize company resources
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Nitec or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in coordinating or deploying drivers for container or loose cargo trucking operations.
Good knowledge of local land transport regulations, routes, and logistical processes in Singapore.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
