Training & Development Executive (1 Year Contract)

Job Description
- To develop instructional contents on the topics that trainees learn and the materials and methods that instructors use in the classroom (Curriculum Developers). The instructional contents need refreshing from time to time.
- To conduct theoretical instruction and/or practical training (Instructors/Trainers)
- To conduct theoretical knowledge examination (Examiners)
- To conduct practical training assessment, includes personnel performing the trade test, CSM interviews and Trainee Portfolio interviews (Assessors)"
- To perform other duties as assigned by Manager/GM of T&D, include mentorship and improvement projects
- Hold any of the following training certification:
- ACTA - Advanced Certificate I Training & Assessment;
- ACLP - Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance;
- DACE - Diploma in Adult Continuing Education, or
- DDDLP - Diploma in Design & Development of Learning for Performance
- Aviation experience
- Teaching experience
