What requirements you\'ll need to be eligible
- Min A Levels and Diploma
- Conduct research on issues relating to employee well-being, motivation, performance and translate findings on organisational psychology and behaviour into practical behaviours optimising the quality of employees\xe2\x80\x99 work life and work outcomes
- Through organisational science, behavioural insights and advanced analytics, support implementation of targeted and scaled interventions and programmes which positively transform people experiences and work outcomes and enable future-ready managers
- Collate and analyse feedback from interventions and other activities conducted by the team
- Assist in planning and executing events that celebrate cultural diversity and foster inclusion within the organisation
