Job Description

The Role
As a Unit Head - Telesales, you will be responsible for supervising the operations of the Telesales campaign teams while developing programs & enhancing processes based on team targets that aim to grow product base and profitability through product acquisition and bookings (credit cards and auto loan).
You will manage the team's sales performance through team leader and agent productivity monitoring, ensuring completeness of applications, spearheading process enhancements, and analysis of cancellation and decline reasons.
How you'll contribute
Analyze reports using MIS to measure and evaluate Telesales cross-sell campaigns for product acquisition
Recommends service level agreements, process improvements/enhancements by application/call quality review & assessments to improve sourcing, solicitation, and processing of Telesales programs and campaigns
Organize and coordinate with all Telesales officers, and product partner units/departments via email, phone, and meetings to ensure that programs/campaigns are properly executed and deliver positive results
Develop and implement Telesales programs & processes using data analytics to increase internal customer base penetration, tap new-to-bank clients and increase activation/usage/bookings.
Implement company rules and regulations using manuals, handbooks, and memos about compliance with the policies and procedures based on the bank's guidelines that will be used for agent evaluation and recommendation
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in any field of study
With at least 3 years of relevant experience
Preferably with experience handling Telesales Team Leaders / Agents and knowledge about outbound sales campaigns of Credit Card / Other Bank Products (Auto Loan / Home Loan etc.).
Knows operational processes (application, credit cycle, after-sales/fulfillment, etc.)
Assertive Communication Skills Good analytical and decision-making skills Leadership and Channel Management Skills
Able to communicate/present to all levels of the organization and external parties keen on details, ability to adapt to any situation and resolve issues without sacrificing corporate values, able to do the job function well even in extreme work pressure
