We are looking for a Vendor Manager, APAC, who will be playing a key role in a rapidly growing and successful service and technology business. The Vendor Manager will work with a globally distributed product development organization and will interface with all the company’s internal functions, collaborating closely with Operations teams across APAC. The Vendor Manager will also identify the right vendors and work closely with the Procurement team to onboard new vendors. He/she will continue to own and manage the relationship with selected vendors, closely monitoring the quality of the service delivered, to ensure a high standard of products are maintained.


Some of Vendor Manager, APAC responsibilities will include:

• Identify and source for vendors to fulfil product requirements.
• Own and manage selected vendor relationships.
• Identify products that can be insourced.
• Explore improvements in processes operated by vendors.
• Work with corresponding Managers in Service Delivery and Fulfillment to ensure the integrity of the data provided by vendors.
• Manage vendor costs and pricing variability issues to ensure adequate margins are maintained.
• Enforce compliance with HireRight policies, client guidelines, and achievement of appropriate client service levels.

Qualifications:
You are the RIGHT candidate if you have:

• Minimum of 7 years business experience in vendor management within the Professional Services industry.
• Strong commercial acumen, influencing and negotiation skills
• Degree education.
• Regional (APAC) experience.
