Job Description


We are ideally looking for a HR leader with a strong track record in supporting and driving a high growth and fast paced organization. The successful applicant will have over 10 years' Human Resources experience, predominantly in management with a breadth of understanding on all elements of HR Strategy from Global expansion, talent Acquisition and workforce planning, Learning, organization development, business partner. You will have regional/global experience in the Financial Services industry, strong regional regulatory knowledge and excellent communication skills with stakeholder/ management.

Job Responsibilities职责:

  • Embedding the people strategy for Corporate Functions teams based across this region, working closely with senior leaders from the business.
  • Manage the expansion & building up of global offices within the region
  • Delivering people programmes and projects in line with organizational strategy.
  • Influencing and challenging managers and their teams, as well as coaching when needed to drive effective leadership and talent management.
  • Ensure the prioritisation of people development through talent management processes and supporting managers.
  • Also a dual role, as a HR Consultant to work with the business leaders in certain HR consulting work to portfolio companies related to mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and organisational development
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits matters for the corporate offices in Asia Pacific, in consultation with the Global Compensation and Benefits team
  • Maintaining a highly engaging culture, motivating employees, fostering an environment with high levels of teamwork, accountability, communication, and vision to employees.
  • Address Employee Relations issues whilst continuously advising and training managers.
Job requirement 职位要求:
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive human resources management experience in reputable financial industry organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources / Business Management
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders - internal and external
  • Able to manage complex personal workload, selecting priorities.
  • Make Every Moment Matter for all stakeholders
  • Strong IT and numeracy skills, with high knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Solid coaching, listening and communication skills
  • Manage own time efficiently. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a dynamic environment while delivering on time with accuracy
  • Strong team player who enjoys working with colleagues and sharing knowledge
  • Self-starter, ability to proactively problem-solve, identify, advocate for, and execute improvements
  • Maintain proper flow of information within your team
