And we think, design, and build with creativity and speed. The opportunity We are looking for an Operations Manager for EY wavespace ASEAN team. With rapid growth across digital and virtual collaboration, we are looking for talents with an eye for delivering quality client service be it internal operational processes, or through the design of large-scale facilitated workshops (which we call 'experiences'). Your key responsibilities As a Wavespace Operations Manager, you will work closely with the wavespace Director and the wider team to manage day-to-day operations enabling an exceptional user experience to position wavespace as a powerful and clearly differentiated capability and brand within Singapore and the ASEAN market. Experience operations Work with Experience Managers to plan and manage event logistics including client arrival, space layout, technology set up and catering ensuring a seamless participant experience Manage the daily operations of EY wavespace, including managing the experience calendar Conduct wavespace tours and safety briefings Act as a 'subject matter expert' for assigned products/services within EY wavespace Lead and drive uptake of relevant technologies and tools to elevate wavespace experiences and optimise operational processes Identify, triage, and resolve user-related issues to ensure a cohesive environment and manage user expectations through communication and coordination of support teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure highest levels of user satisfaction are achieved and maintained Work closely with the AV specialist and IT team to manage all wavespace experience design tools and accounts such as Mural, Zoom, Teams, Miro Board, SessionLab etc in case of upgrades and troubleshooting Daily oversight of facility security, facility set up of furniture and other equipment with all zones Coordinating with relevant stakeholders within the firm on day-to-day operations such as supplies and consumables for wavespace Know and be able to implement user safety plans, such as fire and emergency evacuation plans Business operations Reporting to the ASEAN wavespace leader, you are responsible to assist in managing the daily operations (e.g. key performance metrics monitoring, resource management, execution plan, budget planning, knowledge management and communications) Manage wavespace inquiries, booking management, wavespace schedule and pipeline Develop monthly and annual performance analysis for local and regional tracking and reporting Responsible for data quality clean-up and ongoing maintenance Document, maintain and continuously improve standard procedures and process flows across all aspects of wavespace operations to ensure effective roll-out of operational initiatives Identify opportunities for operational improvement, generate plans to implement and iterate processes that increase efficiency and elevate client experiences Daily oversight of facility budgets and spending with expense tracking and management within delegated authority limits Work closely with finance to process of internal invoices/ expenses after each experience Skills and attributes for success Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced written and verbal communication skills Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment Operational process design experience To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor's or master's degree with at least 5 years ofrelevant working experience Strong project management skills and business operations experience Proficient in MS applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint including the use of Pivot tables, reporting, and charts Knowledge in Tableau and/or Power BI would be a bonus Ideally, you will also have Experience managing digital workspaces, and the ability to quickly pick up new software / tools quickly as the wavespace toolkit evolves Past experience in consulting, facilities management, events and hospitality is highly regarded Awareness of global, regional, and cutting-edge design, innovation, business and technology trends EY | Building a better working world EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people, and society and build trust in the capital markets.
