OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

The Workplace Service Dev Analyst oversees and manages all aspects of facility operations, office services, and/or executive support services across area of responsibility in a manner consistent with the Company s financial and operational objectives, while assuring quality and efficient service.

Responsibilities/Authorities

Responsible for the overall upkeep of site area of responsibility.

Provide leadership and direction to housekeeping, hospitality and any vendors regarding facility operations and scope/quality of services.

Responsible in the budget preparation, tracking and analysis of expenses.

Required to perform BCP roles as reflected in the BCP manual

Manage positive relationships with all internal and external customers/vendors and independently resolve escalated issues.

Coordination and supervision of project movements and renovations.

Oversee the team to issue access cards, onboarding and offboarding

Coordinates with building administrator for various facility matters.

Supervise the annual inventory of fixed assets.

Supporting Workplace Health & Safety processes

Assist during emergency calls.

Maintains Confidentiality of sensitive documents

Support and assist with minor projects and renovation works.

Ensure closure of all audit findings (ISMS Internal Audit, Client Audit, Certification Audit/Continual Assessment)

Coordinate with vendors and provide site support during MEP maintenance.

Ensure MEP assets are functioning well and proactively on top of maintenance issues.

Travel from the office to from the office to various sites as required.

Qualifications

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

Facility management, project management or finance experienced would be an advantage.

Fully proficient in standard MS Office Project/Excel/Power Point.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Analytical, disciplined, strong attention to details and inquisitive nature.

Customer service oriented, ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.

Able to multi-task, work under pressure and complete project within a set duration and budget.

Good sense of initiative, enthusiasm and team spirit.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor degree/Advanced Diploma in Facilities & Project Management, Business Management or similar.

A minimum of 2 years experience in facility & project management, or equivalent
