1. Identify and qualify potential enterprise and commercial clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
3. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.
5. Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales cycle.
7. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
9. Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software and provide regular updates to management.
Job requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial sales, preferably within the FinTech or financial services industry.
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Deep understanding of financial products, payment solutions, and industry trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
