:

A Installation and configuration of operating systems and software for PC

A Provides support for users and various clients

A Diagnose and Resolve Hardware and Software issues

A Assisting users on operating system, email and software related issues

A Install and support network printers

A Install and support Anti virus

A Coordinate with equipment and 3rd party vendors to resolve problems

A Assist in network and wireless troubleshooting and network connectivity issues

A Deployment of PC, Notebook and Printers for temporary staffs

A Configuration of VoIP phones, Communication Handheld devices and Smartphones

A Processing of service requests

A Managing of active directory accounts creation and file rights management

A Ensure cases and service requests are resolved within SLA

A Constant improvement on current practices to streamline processes

Requirement:

A Installation/configuration of OS, Messaging Clients for desktop pc/notebook

A Installation/configuration of applications such as Adobe Acrobat, in house applications, office productivity

A Installation /configuration of accessories, peripherals and mobile devices

A Troubleshoot and resolve desktop incidents

A Manage disk and folder sharing, and permission settings on desktops

A Handle printer problems at users' desktops

A Assist users in accessing applications

A Perform workstation OS patching and Anti-virus patching for workstations which could not be patched via server push-downs

A Assist in providing technical information and knowledge

A Procurement of IT desktop/laptop equipment and update of Assets

A Manage Delivery/shifting /Install Printers to locations along with Print partner

A Familiar with MAC OS
