Job Scope:
Support for onsite and remote end users in resolving network, hardware, and software-related issues
Supporting and troubleshooting the office\'s other desktop applications
Ability to interact professionally and effectively with a range of people in person, over the phone.
Ability to prioritize, manage and perform under pressure to meet SLA\xe2\x80\x99s.
Basic support of Office Network, Shared Drive, Wireless and VPN connectivity
Job Requirement:
Min Nitec in Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in relevant position.
