To assist in general administrative function:
1. Insurance monitoring, renewal, office management. 2. Application/cancellation/upgrading of office phone line and internet, etc. 3. Liaise with maintenance department for upkeep of building maintenance, liaise with supplier for upkeep and maintenance of office equipment, etc.
Requirements: 1. Must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration, and related field 2. At least 5 years of working experience in administrative field is required 3. Proactive and pleasant personality 4. Knowledge in Sage EPE Core system is advantageous
