Job Description


Human Resources

  • Recruitment and retention process.
  • Prepare payroll on monthly basis.
  • Liaise with governement department, i.e: CPF, IRAS, MOM, etc.
  • Foreign workers permit and Employment pass renewal, new application/bank account opening.
  • Preparing and maintaining the training record, competency monitoring, sourcing for suitable training for related department.
  • Handle staff\xe2\x80\x99s grievance, providing counselling.
  • HR, compensation & benefits, entertainment, travel policies, etc.

Administration
  • Flight and accommodation booking
  • IT support \xe2\x80\x93 coordination on computer breakdown/new computer installation, alarm & CCTV.
  • To assist in general administrative function:
1. Insurance monitoring, renewal, office management. 2. Application/cancellation/upgrading of office phone line and internet, etc. 3. Liaise with maintenance department for upkeep of building maintenance, liaise with supplier for upkeep and maintenance of office equipment, etc.
  • Ensure cleaner carries out his/her job
  • First Aid maintenance
  • Security manpower / companies
  • ISO
  • Staff welfare \xe2\x80\x93
1. Uniform 2. Purchase of monthly refreshment, cleaning materials and stationery 3. Festive praying / Annual D&D/ Monthly praying (if any)

Requirements: 1. Must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration, and related field 2. At least 5 years of working experience in administrative field is required 3. Proactive and pleasant personality 4. Knowledge in Sage EPE Core system is advantageous
