Handle full spectrum of HR duties particularly in recruitment and selection, compensation, and benefits.
General HR matters, processing payroll, CPF matters, tax submission, IR8A, IR21 etc.
Administration of workers\' movements such as resignation, transfers, promotion, benefits and staff claims.
Handle all work passes related application in WPOL and EPOL, monitor FWL etc.
Conduct all periodic compensation exercises including salary increment, performance bonus and awards.
Handle employee\'s medical insurance, workmen injury compensation and group hospitalization.
Manage leave records and submit statutory subsidy claims.
Process and administer all training needs and training related funding as well as claims by various government agencies.
Organize staff welfare and activities, staffs communications and HR improvements projects.
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
Closure monitoring of retails sales attendance & sales performance and suggest recommendation to management

Requirements

Min Diploma in HR more than 2 years of experience in full spectrum of HR and admin duties
Prior relevant work experience in retail industries will be an advantage.
Familiar in Infotech HR software will be an advantage

Working Hours 9am to 6pm

Salary From S$4,000.00 to S$4,500.00
