Roles & Responsibilities A MNC has a vacancy for HR specialist (Talent Acquisition) Purpose of Role This is a generalist role with a focus on recruitment. Lead the full cycle of recruitment function within the SEA region. Act as an experienced trusted advisor to hiring managers; providing guidance, insights, and best practice on their hiring strategies. This is a well-seasoned professional who handles most day-to-day problems independently. Recognizes the potential for significant precedents and refers these issues to others. Typically involved in several areas rather than specializing in just one. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end to end recruitment process which includes:
  • Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet hiring needs and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements
  • Builds and maintain close relationship with local institutions for collaboration opportunities and manages internship program Onboard new joiners including Orientation presentation
  • Candidate relationship management
  • Develop best practice recruiting process, tools, templates, communications to ensure good candidate/employee experience
  • Manage the offer process / including offer letters by gathering market data and analysing the data.
  • Act as a consultant for hiring managers to help them navigate the recruiting journey from start to finish
  • Participate in Global/regional HR systems for any related recruitment processes.
  • Provides support on general HR initiatives and projects (local, regional, global)
  • Provide training support
  • Support HR team and company in times of absences and work overload.
  • Participates fully in Employee Engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Degree in relevant field of study
  • Minimum 3 years’ HR Generalist Experience with some experience in Recruitment
  • Familiar with local labor legislation and fair employment practices
  • Self-motivated with the ability to perform assigned duties independently or as a team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to communicate to all levels of the organization, and the ability to build trusting and credible relationships (ability to handle sensitive discussions and confidential data)
  • Meticulous with data accuracy and workflows
  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Ability to work with multi-cultural environment
  • Proficient with technology: Excel, Powerpoint, SAP, HR systems, LinkedIn recruiting
  • Learns quickly and keen to grow in the HR profession
