Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRDM, Behavioral Science, or similar
  • At least one (1) year experience in general HROD functions;
  • Background in Training/ Learning and Organizational Development is an advantage.
  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Canva, Vegas Pro or any photo/video editing tool;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Facilitation of Learning and Employee Development - related activities
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Oversees and performs implementation of learning and OD activities in the organization.
  • Ensures timely conduct of training activities;
  • Maintains and updates learning and OD files, especially the employee training database;
  • Facilitates new employee orientation and other monthly scheduled activities related to learning and development;
  • Contributes to ideas on employee engagement activities.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:
