Job Description
- Manage the New Hire training for every position in the company
- Plans total training policies, programs, new testing tools, methods, and systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards & all the Ops KPIs
- Create and continuously develop training modules
- Creates & executes flow maps
- Track the professional development of our team members
- Support a Culture of Leadership, Development, and High Performance: Partner with the company's top leaders to build a culture of high performance, development, and accountability for talent development
- Proven experience in creation and development of learning modules
- Experience in start ups or real estate a plus
- Ability to cope in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
