Manage the New Hire training for every position in the company
Plans total training policies, programs, new testing tools, methods, and systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards & all the Ops KPIs
Create and continuously develop training modules
Creates & executes flow maps
Track the professional development of our team members
Support a Culture of Leadership, Development, and High Performance: Partner with the company's top leaders to build a culture of high performance, development, and accountability for talent development
Job Qualifications:
Proven experience in creation and development of learning modules
Experience in start ups or real estate a plus
Ability to cope in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Willing to be trained in the main office for one week at Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:
