Identify suppliers, source for products that meet customer requirements and ensure their compliance with regulations; collaborate with stakeholders on procurement transactions and payment processes to sellers
Managing Forwarders and Suppliers - negotiate freight rates with operations team; liaise with stakeholders to manage inbound and outbound shipments; plan shipment scheduleSales & Customer Engagement
Follow up with leads; implement enhanced customer acquisition
Attend to customers' enquiries on therapeutic products; manage quotation requests; support purchase function and follow up on product order status; update customers/suppliers wholesale license
Manage customer relationships - analyse customers' feedback and market sentiments; escalate customers' requestsGeneral Administration
Support application initiatives - plan and support information review, continuous work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
Data Management - generate new product code, sales orders, purchase orders in SAP system; facilitate proper upkeep of documentation system
