Job scope1. Manage all Food and Beverage+Alcohol operations to include, but not limited to, guest service, food and beverage quality, inventory management, restaurant reservations and occupancy, systems management, report generation, department management and meeting participation and facilitation 2. Ensure consistency in food and drink quality and presentation and monitor costs 3. Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team members 4. Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner and resolve guest concerns 5. Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly 6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards Requirements 1. At least 5-8 years of food and beverage leadership experience within an upscale and high-volume restaurant is required.2. Candidates with good knowledge on Sushi Omakase and Japanese Sake will be advance .
