Based at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1, The Qantas Singapore Lounges, offers a new standard of luxury for our guests travelling through Singapore. The lounge reflects the heart of Singapore, a vibrant and exciting space that celebrates the heritage scene.

Reporting to the General Manager and Regional Director for Talent & Culture this is a true Generalist role responsible for providing Talent & Culture leadership and managing Talent & Culture initiatives and projects. You will be a champion of our culture and engagement of our team of service professionals.

Day to day your tasks will include:

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Training & Development coordination
  • Grievance & Disciplinary Handling
  • Payroll Coordination and Processing (Timesoft)
  • Employee Relations & Recognition
  • Workplace Safety & Health
Our ideal applicant will have:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Tourism or Hospitality, Business or Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 3 years\' experience in Senior Human Resources roles
  • HR Generalist within Hotel or Hospitality operations experience are desirable
  • Competent in Singapore labour laws and employment law requirements
  • Good knowledge of Human Resource market practices
  • Multicultural awareness and lead a diverse culture
  • Knowledge of Timesoft would be a strong advantage
