RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with business units in ensuring that processes and results are always in alignment with corporate goals
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, lead the whole HR team in delivering and administering a broad range of HR services
  • Review and manage of payroll administration, compensation, performance management, employment relations, labour regulations.
  • Implement and review strategic HR planning in recruitment, compensation, training as well as staff welfare from hiring to separation.
  • Review & formulate changes to HR policies to align with legislation and best industry practices.
  • Initiate and lead HR projects in alignment with business requirements
  • Leading the performance / appraisal management and salary benchmarking exercise.
  • Oversee/provide HR advises to regional offices in Malaysia, Indonesia and China.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor degree in HR Management/Business Administration
  • 5 years of related and managerial level experience.
  • Excellent knowledge in local labour laws, Employment Act
  • Excellent communication (both English & Mandarin) and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, independent, team player and committed attitude towards work
  • Excellent leadership, planning and organization skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
